How much is postage?

Postage is FREE on All orders £49 and over. Orders £48 or less have postage of £3.99

How long will my glasses take to be ready?

The frames and lenses will usually be ready within 7 working days.

This allows for checking the prescription, ordering the lenses, glazing to the frame, setting up frame and final prescription checks before posting out.

Can I buy the frame without lenses?

The frame is available without lenses.

If lenses are required without corrective prescription, the order should contain a prescription of +0.00 for both eyes.

If the frame as supplied by the manufacturer with supplier logo on lens is desired, please select the I just want to buy the frame thanks option .

The frame I like is "Available on Backorder" how long will it take to get these glasses?

A frame on backorder will be available to add to the order within 3- 5 working days. This increases an order’s delivery time from 7 working days to approximately 10-12 working days.

How long does a Coupon Code last?

Each code is created for a specific event and for a limited period.

It may also be for a particular number of customers, such as the 1st 100.

Each Code is made available stating what is for, who it might be limited to and how long it is valid until.

Only one code can be used per order.

How do I book the Mobile Dispensing Service?

Please fill in the ‘Contact Us’ form to provide details of current eye test date, name, and address. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable time.

Is there a fee for the Mobile Dispensing Service?

Currently the Mobile Dispensing Service is £30.

The £30 fee is paid in advance.

Currently a £20 discount code will also be provided to apply to any new spectacles purchased.
